Yesterday had 2 coffees with heavy cream ,grass fed butter and coconut oil,2 scrambled eggs, low carb yogurt ,3 servings of homemade chicken salad ,2 serving of macadamia nuts,1/2 ounce of Lily's chocolate , 2 tablespoons of almond butter ,1 cucumber with ranch dressing 1/2 of a quest low carb cookie and 1 small piece of cake my friend made me so I'm gonna eat a small piece everyday until it's gone ..I'm a dedicated friend ...there is coconut icing on top 👍
151.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Buffy, That's funny about the and smart and the cake last longer.hahaha I do the same thing with a payday my only weakness, I'll buy one and cut it into 3rds one piece for each day.😀

Yep murph I used to eat the whole cake in a day ...not kidding but now since I'm not addicted to carbs any more it's a lot easier to have one piece...however I could still eat the whole cake in one day but I know that scale would go back up and I'm not ever letting that happen again 👊
