Yesterday had 2 coffees with heavy cream ,grass fed butter and coconut oil,2 scrambled eggs, low carb yogurt ,3 servings of homemade chicken salad ,2 serving of macadamia nuts,1/2 ounce of Lily's chocolate , 2 tablespoons of almond butter ,1 cucumber with ranch dressing 1/2 of a quest low carb cookie and 1 small piece of cake my friend made me so I'm gonna eat a small piece everyday until it's gone ..I'm a dedicated friend ...there is coconut icing on top 👍
