Well, I am the same weight but I have lost a total of 1 inch on my body so I feel good about that. I went to the gym 3 times last week and I walked up 21 flights of stairs the other day at work. I think I have exchanged some fat for muscle which is fine with me.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
