I feel really good. I had a fantastic workout yesterday, ate very well, and am feeling more energized and "clean" from watching my portions.

I will be doing the same tonight, minus the weights as I do those every other day, and will try to get one extra hour of sleep tonight. I'm trying to re-train my body to get more sleep, as I've really not been on a proper sleep schedule in quite some time. Enough of that! And especially if I'm burning more calories and submitting to a healthier lifestyle, I need to make sure all areas of my health are covered so I don't slip up (or at least not as easily).

I'm down another pound since yesterday, but I want to record my WI only once a week, because fluctuations do happen. I don't want to stress myself out if I lose, say, 4 lbs. but then by WI it's only 1.5. And 1.5 is still a loss, so...

Now...I have to go down to the cafeteria, as I forgot my friggin' breakfast AND lunch today. (Well, I remembered my 1/2 of a bell pepper, banana, and apple...just not the rest of it). I will make good choices!
261.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
