One really needs to take more than a week off. Coming right back into the thick of things has meant I have little time to catch up here. It is simply WRONG!!! LOL!!! That said ... I promise to catch up later ... but for now I have to dash off ... and I still haven't downloaded my pictures!! Thank you so much for the warm welcome back!!! Later!!
187.8 lb Lost so far: 71.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes I did have my margarita and thought about you and your hubby really wishing I did get in that suit case. lol Looking forward to seeing your pictures. You are right a week is hardly enough time.

Was it only a week, I thought that is was supposed to be two. Hey, no fair! The chart seems to imply that you made excellent use of those seven days though. ;-)

yes ... excellent use but in reality I didn't really overeat!! Must have been the drinks. And we walked A LOT!!! Oh well. It seems whether I am gone for a few days or a week I always gain 10 lbs!! LOL!!

One week is DEFINITELY not enough. When I vacationed in Mexico or Dominican Republic, there were always travelers from other countries there on ONE MONTH holiday!! Can you imagine?!?! The 10 lbs is not true weight gain - we know that. Wash it away with lots of water!

I notice that everyone that goes on almost any kind of trip will spike up on the scale, but that they usually recover quite quickly. I'm sure that it will be the same for you.
