Loss is probably inflated. First weigh in was at the gym at night on a scale I don't have access to regularly. I forgot to come home and weight in to get a baseline on our home scale. Still, for the home scale, I'm down about 2 pounds from where I was generally before I started.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
