Weighed in the afternoon at the doc's office so will weigh tomorrow morning to see if there is a gain... plus started my friend today. On the plus side I actually had a doctor say great when I told him I was doing Atkins!
303.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
