Things have been going good and steady- But Fish Fry Saturday is here! Shark. trout and snapper all yummy things my husband is putting in the fryer. And I get to do taste testing only. Hopefully I will stick to that. But just in case I am going to do 5 miles this morning. I haven't decided if bike or jogging yet. I still have alot of none jogging weight on me and don't like the way it hits and moves me when I am pounding the pavement. So with that in mind I better bike. I have an easy rider with 3 small wheels, an incumbent I think. Yeah I love it! Gotta go get my sweat face on.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
