No loss, I'm frustrated with myself because I was doing prety good through out the week. I even cheated and weighed myself on friday. I was pretty happy with myself because I lost the 2 lbs that I was aiming for. But then to "celebrate" my unofficial loss, I decided to treat myself on Saturday with yummy delicious honey walnut shrimp from Panda Express. I went way over my points limit but I figured that I did enough walking to not really sweat it. This was NOT the case. I squandered my 2 lbs, and though the food was delicious, 30 minutes of fun does not cancel out the week of feeling like a failure that I'm going to go through now because of it.

anyway, I'm upping my exercise this week. 3 days for an hour a day. I hope this will help me not need to be perfect in my diet in order to lose the weight.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yeah, rewarding yourself with food isn't the best idea - maybe next time buy yourself a new pair of smaller pants or a smaller size shirt as a reward. It may cost more $$ than Panda Express, but it will be better in the long run! Don't sweat it, and get back to what you know make you lose the weight!

Thanks MomofTwoGirls... that's a great way to think about it...reward yourself with a smaller sized shirt! Bingo!

If you want to reward yourself with food, there are better ways to go about it, too. Not that I don't love a new shirt or pair of jeans. If you're craving something sweet, look up a weight watchers recipe or swap for something that you're craving. The biggest saviour that I have found while changing my lifestyle was the Hungry Girl cookbooks. The baking sections are totally awesome. And remember, you're allowed to treat yourself, it's about picking yourself back up after a misstep that is the most important.
