Back to the drawing board. How many times must I keep doing this? Ugh.
Since my knee injury last fall, I have been very inactive. And cheating, oh my goodness, the cheating.
So here I find mindself, June 1, and less than 2 weeks from my ahem, 4Xth birthday and am so unhappy with where I am.
I start again today in the hopes that I can drop some of this extra weightin time to celebrate my and my fiance's birthdays and to get to where I want to be for the wedding next year.
