Happy Friday!

I did an unscheduled weigh in this morning to adjust my graph - needed to get rid of the 2 pound weight gain (probably mostly water) from last weekend.

Only 4 days left of the Focus and Commitment Challenge. Come on guys - lets see what we can pull off between now and next Tuesday!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 June 2012:
2145 kcal Fat: 105.73g | Prot: 132.88g | Carb: 178.35g.   Breakfast: half and half, brewed coffee, half and half, brewed coffee, egg, bacon bits, swiss cheese. Lunch: chicken breast, boiled egg, Dole Salad, cucumber, onion, Yellow Pepper, Feta Dressing. Dinner: low carb wrap, black beans, taco seasoning McCormick, lean ground beef, red pepper hommus. Snacks/Other: V8 Juice, turkey, peanut butter cups. more...

Buffy it is the Queen's diamond jubilee, so us humble peasants get a four day weekend to celebrate :)
