Had a really strong day in the gym yesterday. Still aggrivated about no weight loss. I do feel much better though and I guess that's what I should be concentrating on.
237.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
