I have had so many Pampered Chef Shows this week, and had to get ready for our Spring kickoff. Tried to get excercise in. Today, our kickoff is at a hotel and my stupid gym is closed at 2.

So I called the hotel to ask if I could use their room even though I am only renting a conference room and am not a guest. They said I could, so I am taking my sweats for after the meeting.

Weight is coming off sooo slowly. Wish it were faster.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Slow and steady wins the race! You did very well by actively seeking out a way to get your exercise in! Way to go! And to lose a pound amidst a hectic week is double the achievement because those are the times that test our resolve to stick to our plan. Even if you only lost a pound a week from now on, you would be at your goal by July! That's exciting! GO RED GO!

Great job! I think the closer we get to our goals the slower the loss as our bodies keep adjusting. I like that you were persistent and asked to use the exercise room! You are doing fantastic and at another new low! Have a great week!
