Just not doing what I need to do to feel good and to live the Lifestyle I am now accustomed to. Food Plan is 1200 cals, no flour, no sugar, little dairy and lots of water. I have been eating crap, big helpings, snacking a lot, not concerned with sugar, and not much water. Exercise is TAM 5-6 x/week and walk/run a few times a week. I did TAM yesterday, but before that, I hadn't done it for a week. I have to do things that are sustainable = Lifestyle. I know TAM is the right plan for me. And I love where I live and being able to walk/run in such beauty any time I want to. And I don't want to eat crap. AND I don't want to gain weight!!! I am up 5 pounds.... So there is my rant. Today is already starting good. I have Peets & Sugar Free Vanilla Creamer. I am going to do TAM when Michael leaves to run. I am going to be flour & sugar free today and keep my cals under 1200. I am going to drink that big water jug!!
