StairMaster is good to initially start with and the Cal display of 1050 Cal in 60 minutes is awesome, not sure how much real cal it burned.

Level L13 for the first 10 mins and last 10 mins and Level L10 in the middle 40 minutes.
171.5 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
