I hate getting a cold. It always ends in an episode of asthma and prednisone. I am better and moving again and beginning to lose some of the weight I gained. Arrggh! that is life.

191.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb. Still to go: 21.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I can relate. It always turns into bronchitis and increased asthma issues for me. Good that you are feeling better.
