Happy dance!! Heading out of town for a wedding...hoping and praying I don’t gain it all back this weekend. How do you eat healthy while traveling??
150.2 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Preplan, carrier a cooler with your planned food in it. Most of all stay focused! Good luck I know you can do this!

Thanks 8Patty! So far so good! I packed some snacks (celery, salami, cheese, olives, macadamia nuts) for the car. I wasn’t even tempted by all the treats my kids were eating. And added bonus—I felt great driving! Didn’t get tired once. I feel so much better eating this way. Hope to remember that as I’m confronted with good food this weekend.

I hope you have a great time - the one thing I do; is to have some food prepared (snacks) that are measured and calculated in the event I can't figure out the numbers of food while out and about. After that - I just do the best I can and enjoy myself.

all the above and if the is music at the reception just dance dance dance...and celebrate all those wonderful victorys you have been having..enjoy yourself..

We look at Eat This, Not That for the best choices at restaurants if we are in a situation that requires us to dine out.
