It's hard to believe that with all the water I've been drinking & the fiber, fruits, & veggies I consume I could get constipated, but it keeps happening. I bate to resort to laxatives, but after about 5 days, I took 1 pill yesterday & some Miralx; nothing. 2 pills last night finally got things moving again. I wonder if other people have this issue?
On a more pleasant note, bought a new pedometer to replace the one I lost at the soccer match/rainstorm. This one can go in a pocket, in a purse, or on my waistband. It's cool!.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have the same problem. I went to Wal-Mart and bought a fiber therapy. It helps a bit..not as much as i would like but it does help!

Miralax is a kind of fiber stuff you mix in a liquid, but it hasn't helped lately. Maybe I need to try something else, thanks for letting me know I'm not alone with this!

Bran buds cereal has tons of fiber and very little calories. Also, Atkins blueberry bar has 10grams of fiber which I eat sometimes. Everyone has problems now and again.

It takes awhile for you body to adjust to the amount of fiber, fruits, and veges you are consuming to what is the new normal. It will get better. I drink a lot of herbal tea normally, but when I am having "issues" I choose one that has roasted chicory in it. It is a mild diuretic as well as a mild laxative.
