I am sooooo excited!!! Finally made an impact on the scale...4 lbs!!

Even before my weigh in, I had done 30 minutes of cardio followed by a lounge at the pool with laps for 20 minutes.

:-)
166.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
