Down 2 pounds this week. My gym was closed most of the week for yearly renovations and that just killed me. It's a lot harder to work out at home especially with the kids. I also ate out three times this week. I did my best to adhere to my diet and eat food that I'm comfortable with. Obviously though when someone else is making the food you don't have complete control over how they prepare it. I feel that I did pretty well overall. I used my calorie app for looking up foods especially when we ate Chipotle. Boy that steak salad was spicy! I got fitted for my bridesmaid dress for my friend Erin's wedding in October. I ordered one size down from where I am at right now. It's reasonable to guess that I will be down at least one size from where I am now in five months. I almost ordered two sizes down but I'd rather have to get alterations then possibly have the dress not fit. My goal is for that dress to be way too big when it comes into the shop in 4 months :-) 24 pounds to go to my next mini-goal!!!
267.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
