after fluctuations up to nearly 156 ... settled back in to 154. OK.

Workout:
30 seconds Swiss Ball Mountain Climbers
30 DB jumping jacks
15 DB dead lifts
2x12 One leg Romanian Deadlift w/DB rotation and row
15 DB pushups with feet on Swiss Ball w/row
30 DB seal jacks
15 dips w/leg raises

400 - 500 calorie burn on elliptical

Driving range to work on Driver and 3 wood

Walk 18 holes tomorrow in the heat and humidity, luckily going out early.

Vacation is two weeks away ... beach in Florida ... don't think i will drop 4 pounds in two weeks, but hope to be down 1 or 2 pounds by then.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I *wish* I had a vacation planned soon. I guess the beginning of August isn't too far away. It's Wagon-time my friend, so we're definitely going to get you down those 1 or 2 pounds. Maybe even 3! Most important though is that you feel good and you're happy. :)
