I hate it when I don't lose but there for a while I was losing every day now I am a little stuck but that is ok, I have a year to lose my weight and what ever it takes I will do it. Just have to keep walking and keep journalizing. Party tonight for Dr. Singh's funeral so I have to be careful as there will be a ton of food there.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
