Good workout this morning. I walked 4 miles to the gym for a regular 1/2 hour session and a 1/2 hour of pilates with my trainer. Then I did spin and pump class for 1 hour before walking back home the 4 miles. Feel great and now it is time to take a shower!! :) Happy Saturday everyone...make good healthy food choices today and get up for exercise!!!
