Food yesterday: spam, bacon, eggs, protein shakes, flour-less super burrito (no beans and no rice. with carne asada), chicken breast sandwhich (sans bun, with onions, tomatoes, and lettuce), 2 garlic fries, whiskey/bourbon (buffalo trace, jameson, and maker's mark). Exercise: 45 minutes back and bis.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Can't say I've ever had Spam.... How's that blister, Clifford Jerome??

The blister had no effect! Luckily it was very minor and went away quickly. Since then I've gotten one 3 hour hike, and 2 1.5 mile runs in. I noticed improvement with the last run. The legs and core are fine, it's just a matter of not losing my breath! I'd definitely give spam a shot, I love it sliced in 1/4 inch slices and pan fried... couple that with over easy eggs and MM MM MMMMMMM! The weekend's been fun and foodwise has consisted mainly of alcohol, whiskey and beer, pork rinds, spam and bacon, and beef in that order >:). Back to being 100% tomorroww morning! Hope your weekends have been a blast so far!
