We all experience stalls occasionally. I hope others have ideas I don't. Just don't let it scare you and let your mind start playing games with your program!

I was stalled for about a month but at the point I usually would give up i just stuck to it and recently the weight has started going back down. I have increased my consumption of green leafy vegetables to improve my liver enzymes but other than that I've done nothing different.

Your calorie count is very low. Have you considered that your body is facing starvation mode, and desperately hanging on to weight? Try recalibrating up to a higher cal count overall. Try 1200-1500 for a few days and see if that helps.

That has to be VERY disheartening, when you are working so hard, Judy. Could it be that you’re not getting ENOUGH Calories? God designed our bodies to be able to store fat for times of famine. Perhaps your body thinks food is scarce and it better hold onto some for energy? (I’m no expert on ANY of this, mind you!) On a less serious note, here are some humorous ideas I shared with a weight-loss class I once taught on how to knock off some ounces before a weigh in: (1) get a haircut; (2) shave your legs; (3) get your eyebrows waxed; (4) get a bikini wax; (5) shave your legs and underarms; (6) clean your ears; (7) blow your nose; (8) cut your toenails and fingernails; (9) remove any nail polish; (10) wear your lightest weight clothing, or weigh naked. I think I might post that on the LCHF Forum. Maybe someone will get a kick out of it.

I know you won't listen to me, this is a carb hating site if there ever was one but most have good reasons and if you need low carbs I understand. But if you don't need low carbs...increase your cal's to 1200 and carbs 20% to start...your system has adapted so this should give you that jump start. Well there it is I had to get it off my chest. lol

All such good advice. Food for thought. :) Pun intended. I am seriously considering the up calorie intake. Otherwise ...just plan to stay the course...and Keto on..cause ...I am certainly enjoying the energy. THANK YOU ALL!!!! Such good friends! u
