I have done nothing different in the last week and yet my weight loss is much bigger. The only thing I can think of is that my Dr. took me off a medication that had steroids in it.
192.3 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

ive been on steroids and i gained a signifigant amount of weight

They told me it wouldn't make any difference but I can see now that it did.

That might do it. Steroids can make you gain. But weight loss can be accumulative any way. You could work hard for two weeks and see nothing than see a big drop on the scale. Take the loss!!! And keep going!
