I knew that Epsom salt bath dehydrated me last night and I know I'm going to have big daily losses early on but a 6 pound loss is ridiculous. I'm guessing I'll weigh more tomorrow regardless of what I eat or exercise today.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
