Weight has crept up on me over the last year and I figure it is time to go back on a strict diet again for a bit to catch things before they get out of control. First few weeks are always the hardest, but it is critical to plow through. Goal is to get down to 170 again in the next few months (with a 10 day family trip planned in between that will no doubt set me back a bit and may push out the end date by a month).
189.0 lb Lost so far: 117.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
