So we have been working on not eating out and aside from the weekends, we have been doing good. Now I am learning portion sizes and nutritional info on different meats/veggies/fruits. I am going to try and eat a clean and process food free diet. Called either the clean diet or the real food diet. I have lots of stuff in my house (and currently another family living with us also...junk food loving people) so it is a slow start. Need to eat up the stuff in the house and not replace it with processed foods. So that is my goal right now, to just make a baby step while I educate myself. Holidays were awful cause my weight went up to 205pds.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
