Weigh In record (no journal entry) for 04 February 2008
121.7 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week

This weekend I finally bought scales so now I can weigh myself properly, first thing in the morning. It looks like my weight has dropped significantly but I weighed myself in the morning for a change. I can't beleive that it makes such a difference!

I think it's best to weigh in first thing in the morning. Then the numbers are more likely to be consistent.
