Hey Bill. I went to your blog site Friday and am very impressed. Yesterday, I baked the Keto Bread with Almond Meal. I'm enjoying a warmed up slice with butter as I am typing. I used my food processor to ground up natural almonds instead of buying almond meal. Do you ground up your almonds or buy a bag of almond meal?

Cool...my weight went up to set weight and beyond a bit over the holiday season too...my better half LOVES to bake. Working it back down, should be good in two days, real good in ten.
