I am back at the beginning, like Sisyphus my rock has rolled back to the foot of my personal mountain and I am beginning the push again. Never ever give up hope.

Not even when you are only three weeks in and trying hard and sticking with it and the needle doesn't move after a solid week. It is one of those days I don't know what to do with myself...except crawl back into bed and sleep it away.
