Accountability post Day 6. Today is Day 6 of my open-ended Snake Juice fast.
Yesterday I started my real & true period since I stopped birth control a while ago. The pain is almost unbearable so a really hot water bottle feels good.

148.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb. Still to go: 33.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 7.0 lb a week

I feel your pain. Maybe take some pain medicine to help with the cramps. Rest up
