I have been on Atkins before and I have found that other group members have been very supportive in the past. I am really lacking motivation at the moment and need a little encouragement to keep me on track. I am pleased with the weight I have lost so far but I just cant seem to focus enought to lose the rest so please someone just keep me on track :-)
175.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
