HAPPY DANCE AT MIKES HOUSE...good thursday morning..yeap even the scales are happy for a change..not as much weight on em today to record..feels so good to be able to record a loss..just wish it was sooner then 23 days ago..but with holidays an the thought that i can cheat an get away with it..chit happens..an then its just a matter of getting back into the right habit that works for a person an achieving success once again..

today is suppose to be a day off...my mind says body get dressed an get your scheduled ride on zwift in...my body says i need a day off..so far mind is listening..today would be day 4 of riding..i know i need days off to rest..but i just enjoy that rush i get when i exercise...the days i take off..i just have no pep them days..its like a sugar crash ..

have started using a raw egg in my coffee/protein/creatine shake each morning..when all mixed together gives the coffee like a foam mixture and adding cinnamon to it as well..mmmmmmm...just makes it taste that much better...

temps outside cold again today...5 above..with wind chill -8..got utility bill yesterday..was relieved it was only 10 dollars higher then it normally is..hoping next one isnt a shocker..figured this one would be...but was surprised when i seen it...just been so cold last few days/weeks...furnace has been shutting off after its cycle an then coming back on 2-3 minutes later to run again..house is well insulated an all...just that cold outside..

well coffee is gone..mmmmm it was goood....im enjoying the day off...an also enjoying seeing a loss on the scales for a change..next big day coming up is birthday..but have already started planning..to eat wiser that day..dont want to back slide...new year..new motivation..new drive...
