Born to be Wild Challenge Weigh-In - Lap 1/6

I really have no idea what has happened this week. My weight went up 1/2 pound on Tuesday and has stuck there ever since. I've been 100% on the plan every day, and even stuck to it as well as I could when I went out for an Italian meal last night. No pizza for me - just vegetable soup to start and vegetable pasta for my main course. I'm pretty sure I've overstated my calories in my food diary, but did my best to estimate what they might have been for this meal. I did have a liqueur coffee instead of pudding, and some wine, but frankly I wasn't going to deprive myself completely!!

So, I'm really sorry White Corvettes. I honestly have tried my hardest this week. Hopefully it will show on the scales next week. :(
163.5 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, after reviewing your diet calander, it seemed that fat was a bit on the high side a couple days and maybe its water weight?? I would check sodium contents on what you are eating. Be sure to get in plenty of water to flush it out, and I'll bet you'll have a good loss coming up. Dust off, get back in your speed racer and DRIVE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT!! :) NO worries!

Awww - thanks for taking the time to check it out for me BT. I'll try to keep a closer eye on my fat intake - I don't normally worry about it particularly, focusing only on total calories. I'm pretty good with my water consumption, but I'll also make sure I'm drinking as much as I can! I feel like I've come off the track into the gravel at the moment, but hopefully I'll manage to face the right way soon!!

Aw, I won't say what happened... as I know you always try really hard Leanne and are an inspiration to us all. I bet you will drop again shortly and have a nice bigger loss again by next weeks weigh-in. It could well be that the wine temporarily stalled that loss... I've notice that when I drink, the scales either hold firm the following day or go up! Normally it's only temporary... but sure frustrating when you need to record your weight. I will keep watching in that mirror though... as I have a feeling that you will overtake me again by next week, so I had better watch my driving!! I will take some more piccy's though... that's a great idea for my half-way goal, so I will do that shortly for you all. Keep hanging in there though and have a great weekend. Monday's your official weigh-in isn't it? I bet you will have caught up and overtaken! ;o)

Hey Lucybell, don't worry about the 0.5 pound, it will come off plus more. My husband is doing SB with me. His loss is interesting. We eat the same things but while my wt loss is slow but steady, his is 0.5 pounds one week then 3 pounds the next week, then 0.5 the next and 3 pounds the next week again. He is quite disappointed on the 0.5 week and quite pleased on the 3 pound week. Sticking with your plan deserves a pat on the back. You are doing a great job!
