Back on the right track. Not counting calories again, but being mindful. When I go to bed hungry I know it's working. I have to stay away from dark chocolate for a while. I was getting in the habit of bigger servings each time I'd buy a bar. I can't trust myself to limit it to one square a day.

That's my problem with chocolate and almost any treat. I used to buy the frozen cookie dough because they were easy to pull of two or three and bake them (serving size depends on jumbo or regular). I eat my cookies and the sugar would kick in like a drug relapse, and I'd find myself baking more almost immediately. Somewhere during the baking process I would feel remorse, but I'd justify that I couldn't waste the cookies. So, over a few weeks I'd go from one serving a night to half the pack per night. On a nightly basis.

Sngglebnny, I know what you mean about those cookies. We've been trying to sell our house, so we bake batches of those cookie dough trays every time we have an open house. It's a lost cause if we come back to our house and find a lot of leftover cookies. My husband and I wipe them out in a heartbeat! Definitely can't be trusted around sweets.

I have the same problem with the dark chocolate...it is just soooo darned good! lol...I keep mine in the freezer so it takes longer to eat my square. :)
