Even money @ 1 LB loss today...223.0 even.

You know, at the "meat" of my week, when I am loosing 1 lb a day or more I often consider not doing cheat day. I think to myself "maybe I can lose 7 lbs or more in a week?" Then I remember my experiments like this I have done on fatsecret, it generally backfires. In recent forum discussions irt cheat days, people said it erases days of progress. I have to disagree, at least in my case. If I dont have these days, the "days of progress" slowly come to a stop as I plateau.

Today I have my cereal. Mongolian BBQ is no more, sadly. It is at dinnertime, and I typically dont do big calories at night. Lunch will be something sane so I can have dinner. Who knows.

I have a 3 day weekend, not a big deal, i have this every week! Yay me! Anyway, with cheat day Saturday this week (wife has babyshower), I am planning a big bike ride on Friday and Sunday. Maybe more, who knows. Last week I did quite a few.

Wife and I have a "date" for breakfast at a buffet here Saturday AM too. Before you go thinking its all great food, its more euro style. Brit style sausages, cold cuts of fish, cheese. Not bacon, biscuits and eggs. Sure I can get full, but its not as much fun as it would seem. lol. The crepe and omelet section is nice.

It seems like a great day!
