247.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've recently had an influence reenter my life that has causes a complete lack of appetite. I've had this situation before. I just don't eat much. The first couple of days it was because I actually felt ill. Now I just don't feel like eating most of the time. I've dropped 6.5#'s in the last week. I know that isn't sustainable but I'm going to ride it for as long as I can. I don't feel weak or any adverse effects yet.
