"Frustrated! Weight is not coming off fast enough. I feel like I am working my ass off. Have to choose my foods more wisely. More meats and veggies, than cheeses. :/"
162.6 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
