Having a good day. My back is starting to feel better, and my arm is less sore.

I fasted yesterday, so I treated myself to some chocolate ice cream afterwards.
115.3 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
