Went walking for 25 minutes around neighborhood (with dog), did Pilates, weight machine ~25 reps on legs with 40 lbs., 20 reps on arms. Then we went to lake/park nearby and walked for another hour with the boys on grassy/rocky trails. Busy day, but lots of fun and I'm not even sore today from the weights, thought I might be in the legs. Steps: 7000 just for my 2 walks.
