okkkkk day 3 of 7 on cabbage soup diet. And I'm doing fine :-) I still have not decided whether to keep going on this for another round or take a break. I'll decide this weekend when I go grocery shopping and cook for the week. I was so excited last night I came home and my son had made a fresh pot of soup for me and he followed the directions :-) sometimes he like to add things that would not be on my allowed list so I'm so pleased he did not stray from my plan. & the soup is SOUPER (super, lol)
Anyway, I'm still hanging in there with other things OUTSIDE of 'my being' and trying not to let those "THINGS" get to me. It is not an easy process but I am getting a little better each day, but again I do regress each day sometimes also BUT as long as I have some good moments in each day I think that is progress for me anyway.

JMA... as I set here trying to decide how to say this... so will just jump in if I ate the fruit you have.. in one day.I would NEVER LOOSE.. anything.. it turns to sugar instantly in your body.. might as well eat out of the sugar bowl.. it is the same effect...sorry but it is.. and yes.. I love fruit also.. but it sure don't love me.. soooo think about that.I know you want to do the best you can... . your soup diet is a good one.. but.. you must cut out the fruit if you want to see great progress.........the sugar in fruit is like a drug to our body's... just think it over... My group allows 20-25 carbs a day... we are never hungry.. fruit will sure do that also... have lot's of energy,, shoot we all just love.. the LOW CARB WAY OF LIFE.............
