Man, this scale won't budge!!! FRUSTRATED. Wanting to binge.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Hang in there! My scale is showing signs of weakening! Yours will too! Just keep your nose to the grindstone and it will happen. Don't lose faith!

When you don't have alot to lose, it can take longer. It took a friend of mine 6 months to lose 10 lbs. You can't expect a loss every day. Just keep going and it will happen!

A tip that I try is to NOT step on the scale every morning. I was doing that, and got so discouraged because it wasn't moving as fast as I wanted it to (or wasn't moving at all)! I try to get on once, twice at the most a week now, even though sometimes I'm dying with curiosity because I'm SURE I've lost something. But when I'm in that mind set and I do step on the scale and it doesn't show a loss, I am really discouraged.

Thank you ladies. Everything that everyone wrote to me is very true. When you're on WW, you weigh in once a week, not every day. I do beat myself up when I'm really adhering and don't tend to see the overall progress, even though I know what I'm doing is right, healthy and good for me. Of course we will not lose 1 lb a day every day ( but I can hope!!!) That is also true, Suzi, that the less we weigh, the slower it comes off. I know that all too well. It's physics or something. It's frustrating though when you've done so well for 1.5 weeks and it's not what you expected. The scale can be your best friend or your worst enemy. Thank you all so much for helping me. It's really not been a good day today, but when I came home and read all your support, I cried tears of joy and told my husband. He's noticed a big change in me since coming here. You guys are great!! I'm alredy back on track because of you!! Thank you.
