My scale says I lost 2 lbs., but I don't know if I believe it. Maybe my workouts are burning more calories than I think??? I'm recording it today, but we'll see if I keep that loss through next week. I shouldn't be so pessimistic, but I need a new scale.
I hope all the moms out there had a Happy Mother's Day! We went to my mom's on Saturday for lunch and I don't think I ate too bad, I didn't do my workout that day, but I made it up on Sunday. It wasn't too bad of a weekend, I didn't have to do too much so it was nice to be able to take some time and just relax for a bit.
We are having family and friend over on Saturday, so this week will be cleaning and making sure we have everything we need. Our house will be crowded and we are wanting to be outside as much as we can, so I'm hoping the weather stays nice.
Happy Monday to all!!

Nice to hear you had a wonderful weekend! Hope the weight stays down :-). I celebrated a bit to much but that is the reality of life and learning how to balance it so although I was hoping for a big loss for my Thr weigh in I'll have to wait and see. cleaning is great cardio btw ;-).

I don't know what it is, but I find I lose after a big weekend. Hopefully I see it tomorrow? Anyway, congrats, I would take it and try to keep it there. I drop and then float back up a few days after until my next drop. (I only log my weight when I have a drop.)One thing I love about having folks over is, the house does get cleaned ;-) My porch got cleaned off yesterday, I have been wanting to do it for a few weeks, I love sitting out on it with my laptop and some music playing.

Well done! Don't be pessimistic about the weight drop, just take it and celebrate (not by eating:). I really need to start catching up with you :)

Great work! Remember when you exercise you're not just burning calories while you work out... you are revving up your metablolism for hours afterward. I haven't worked out in a week. I feel gross...bloated, my ankles have started to swell (again), lethargic and scale is tipping up again...I am actually counting the minutes untill I go to the gym today :)!

You'll be just fine! Keep it up, and keep active. Everyone has those weekends where you're so busy with other important things. No reason to worry. Just keep chipping away at the weight loss!
