I love this exercise, eat less and keep a journal for life. It all makes sense and I feel better for it. I know it is what I have to do for the rest of my life and I do not find it hard to do.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
