getting discouraged
232.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.3 lb a week

It's ok. I feel discouraged too. Just don't give up. You can do it. One minute at a time. Let's make it work for us. We can be discouraged and let that be a signal for us to do something positive. Go! Pam! Go!

The people who reach goal are the ones who are patient, persistent and consistent. You just have to keep on keeping on! The scale will move again. Track your calories! Make sure you are on plan. Drink your water. Get active! Exercise is (if you are able) is key in helping us lose and keep it off.

FWIW...I lost 6 pounds for the first 2 weeks of Induction and you've got those 6 pounds gone is less than 2 weeks! Definitely keep up the good work, log and track all your food, every single day. It may seem like a chore but you'll find so many insights as you go along if you get in the habit of tracking. We started at about the same point, I'm just a little further along in my journey. It CAN be done! Good luck!
