FWIW...I lost 6 pounds for the first 2 weeks of Induction and you've got those 6 pounds gone is less than 2 weeks! Definitely keep up the good work, log and track all your food, every single day. It may seem like a chore but you'll find so many insights as you go along if you get in the habit of tracking. We started at about the same point, I'm just a little further along in my journey.
