I feel bad about the fact that I gained a pound back. But I feel good about the fact that I know exactly why I gained that pound back. Overeating, not recording my caloric intake, and not exercising.

I'm excited for a mini fresh start, and I'm glad I didn't get too off track.
155.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
