My new way of life is really growing on me. I have found if I just say no to what sabotage my goals I actually see results! I have been doing a walking challenge & an ab toning challenge. I am stunned that along with my new way of eating and my consistency with my challenges, how quickly I'm seeing changes.. very definite noticeable changes !!! I LOVE IT!!! Now that my body is showing some shape my man is acting very differant( in a good way although he was never bad)He has stated that he will give me 1,000 for new clothes if I can get to 140 lbs. I say HA! I got this in the BAG!!!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
