Good week! I was pretty excited when I saw that I had lost that much, I have always gained one pound back when I lose 2 in a week, we'll see. Interesting week, we helped the kids move, so one day was pretty crazy food wise. Ate chips for lunch with con queso!! a few drinks, then 3 pieces of pizza for dinner, still with in my calorie range but I did not feel too good in the middle of the night! Rest of the week went well. I am excited about how far I have come, yet my mind still wants to focus on the fact that I have another 2 months to get the rest off! which in reality certainly isn't a hardship, because I plan to keep up the routine for maintenance and a healthier lifestyle, and I have had a great time being creative with recipes and what I eat, loving my new found healthy snacks etc. It's all good. Excited to be losing the weight, and feeling so much better, healthier, thinner, happier with myself.
170.7 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
