SWITCHING UP TO HAVING CARBS RIGHT AFTER A WORKOUT..goood wednesday morning..eating carbs right after my morning ride on zwift seems to work better then eating them later in the day..not that i was eating that many carbs before..but am eating more then my 30..barely..
